Man o’War is designed specifically to be environmentally robust dealing with a broad spectrum of operational temperatures whilst providing highly accurate readings.
Man o’War provides information crucial to environmental applications such as crop protection. Users are provided with real-time, event-driven data, processed to focus on poignant, mission critical decisions.
Multiple data-points are regularly transmitted as min/max/average. alarms and alerts are processed as outliers, threshold breaches and rates-of-change and transmitted immediately.
Temperature
Man o’War digitises ambient temperture/RH and infra-red plant electromagnetic pulses (EMP) to generate Vapour Pressure Deficit (VPD) metric.
We use Sigfox for long-range rural connectivity and low power.
Moisture
Man o’War digitises soil conductivity, temperature and moisture to generate Volumetric Water Content (VWC) metrics.
Edge processing of alarms and alerts available as a special feature through our Platinum Partner, Fargro.
PROG Software
PROG aggregates and monitors Man o’War, converting Volumetric Water Content (VWC) and Vapour Pressure Deficit (VPD) metrics.
